Return and policies

  • We offer refund in 14 days of receipt of purchase.. At the express request of the Client, we offer store credits or exchanging the product with another one from the store. The products returned must be unworn and cared for according to our Cleaning&Care policy. For the products that show signs of use, we do not provide refunds.
  • All returns and exchanges require approval. Approved exchanges are accepted for items purchased on chandonjewellery.com or in our Bucharest showroom only. We do not refund for the cost of shipping, unless we have sent an item in error.
  • Store credits may be used towards purchases on chandonjewellery.com or a customized version of an item on our website. We cannot accept store credits towards Revamp or Bridal projects.
  • Please make sure that you wrap properly with protective packaging to protect our jewellery and your return package.Items for refund, exchange or store credits will be inspected before accepted. Refunds, exchanges and store credits will be processed for accepted items, excluding original and return shipping fees. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original Chandon box and pouch.
  • If your made-to-order item is still in production, and you have not yet received it, we are happy to cancel the order and provide a store credit.
  • Engraved or embossed products, custom, and personalized products (including initials, lettering, birthstones and custom sizes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
  • Any variation in size, color or customization that is not available for “as-is” purchase on our website is considered a custom order and is FINAL SALE.
  • All non-jewelry, accessory items are FINAL SALE.
  • Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.
  • Chandon reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.

DELIVERY

Transport in Romania is only with CARGUS.

International delivery

We ship Chandon products through DHL, to all member countries of the European Union, as well as to countries that are not part of the EU, customs duties corresponding to the fiscal policy of each country will be applied.

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete, as we cannot redirect the order once it has been picked up from the Chandon headquarters.

The international delivery period is between 2 and 7 working days

Products will not be shipped until money is received in our account.

  • Please note that items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Romania may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
  • If you refuse a shipment from Chandon, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Chandon. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise credit voucher, as we do not do refunds.

Payments

We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard,  and Amex.

Payment is processed at the time your order is placed, regardless of the lead time on your piece.

Please note we can only accept one form of payment. Payments cannot be split across multiple credit cards

Cleaning & Care

Chandon jewellery is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewelry, please follow these care instructions:

  • Take off your jewellery before your daily rituals such as – showering, lotion, perfume, exercise, washing dishes, etc.
  • Before bedtime, lay your jewelry out flat on a fabric surface to avoid tangling and/or scratching.
  • For necklaces, clasp the necklace when removing it to assure the chain does not tangle or knot.
  • To clean your diamond jewelery, we have available  “cleaning and care” accessories available to purchase on our chandonjewellery.com.
  • Be aware that wearing any type of jewellery and depending on the setting,can catch or damage certain fabrics
  • Avoid contact with chemical substances as they can affect the jewellery.
  • Gold can loose in time it s color if is in contact with substances as perfume, salt water, body lotions, hairspray, chlorine or sulfates.
  • Depending of the grade of usuage we recommend that the jewellery be examined by a jeweller once per year.
  • The warranty offered does not cover damage caused to the jewellery due to non-compliance with the indications mentioned in the certificate, accidents, negligence, its improper use or other factors not related to material or workmanship defects

RESIZING

  • Pricing for sizing vary depending on style and size, plus shipping.
  • Many (but not all) of our rings can be resized. Pricing for ring resizing varies depending on style
  • Requested ring resizing and shipping will be at the expense of the customer.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for items repaired by any other jeweller. Any and all warranty of the piece will be considered void if another jeweller has worked on a Chandon design.
